Conceived by government affairs professionals who also work at Richmond's Capitol Square, The Capitol Caucus was born to meet the needs of its founders' colleagues and to create a scalable environment to meet their member's demands.

Our members are smaller, boutique government affairs firms and association professionals who are desire to brand their firms with a professional downtown workspace in Class A accommodations. The Capitol Caucus not only meets those needs, it is also within walking distance to Capitol Square and a myriad of state agency and commission offices.

Whether you prefer a private office on the main floor or up in the mezzanine, or you simply want to enjoy a breather from the General Assembly in one of our co-working options, you will be surrounded by professionals who, like you, are looking for the right mix of flexibility, affordability, and support.

Capitol public access internet down? We have internet redundancy. Business fiber internet with primary and secondary providers.
Do you need a few minutes of privacy? Use one of our private phone rooms to hold a video call with a client or deal with a personal matter.
Need to hold a team meeting or have clients in town? Reserve a huddle room for 4, a conference room for 8-10, a board room or a training room for up to 100. Video conference technology also available.
Need extra copies? We have a print and copy center.
Need to host an event? Enjoy a cocktail with colleagues? Members may schedule a event or join us for special member appreciation events.
Thirsty or need a beverage to go? We provide our members with unlimited coffee, tea and filtered water.

The James Center amenities include 24-hour security, banks, private car wash, dry cleaner, 4-star hotel, plaza with green space, and retailers.
